I am in the same situation.
My site has 186 URLs with 98 of them showing as indexed however when I
look at the Google indexed pages on my site it tells me there are 509
pages.
site:www.feelbeautiful.com.au
Most are way out of date and as such, the titles of the cached pages
don't even reflect what currently is there.
Pages are indexed that have a specific "no follow" and "no archive" so
should not even show up. A robots.txt has explicit details set such as
don't index any "Review" pages but this appears to be being ignored.
Only four pages so far are actually correct and the site has been live
for over 2 months now.
I am totally at a loss as to how to proceed with this. Can anyone
recommend a next step?
