You also need to choose a preferred domain in webmaster tools.

If you know a little about your .htaccess file you could also add a
line in it to redirect to what you chose as you preferred.

If you can have it go to:
http://www.captainfranchise.com/
That would also be nice
What all this does is give your website balance in Google, future
incoming links will also do this but do not fall for the "link
building" thing.
