I'm using piracy at siia.net to report spam to. Occasionally I'll get an out-of-office auto-ack, but since they cleaned up their Barracuda, I've had no problem in more than a year sending them copies of pirated 'warez' LARTs.

Well, I just got a blurb that my message to piracy at siia.net was refused after the end of the DATA section of the email.
In other words, it's yet another abuse address that is sufficiently spam-filtered to be useless for the purpose for which it was created.

Great chapter or two in this book "ISBN: 0618705643" about a journalist attempting to file an IP complaint. The country is obsessed bringing in outside money and enforcing IP laws is the lowest priority.
One would get the impression that outsourcing manufacturing work to China almost certainly guarantees one's willingness to hand over their IP.

Well, obviously manufacturers find the cost of handing over IP less than the savings. Now they want to have their cake and eat it too?
They'd have to be born yesterday not to understand this.
